WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

For Finexity Services GmbH at our Hamburg location, we are now looking for you as Product Owner (f/m/d) full time.

YOUR TASKS

• Definition of long-term visions and goals for the product
• Design of concepts and business logics for the product involving stakeholders and other POs
• Management and optimization of the product team (business & tech) and involved external service providers
• Compliance with agile processes, which are adapted to the specific needs of our products and projects, taking into account the associated operational issues
• Ensuring quality standards and user requirements of the developed APIs
• Prioritize the product backlog taking into account the overall strategy & vision

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed education or degree in a field with a focus on financing, investment appraisal or business valuation
• Several years of experience as a product owner
• You enjoy taking on responsibility, contributing your ideas/visions and developing new things
• You communicate excellently, work in a structured, analytical and proactive manner
• The ability to prioritize tasks and requirements based on business priorities and user needs
• Understanding agile principles and practices to efficiently manage product development
• Fluent written and spoken German as well as very good English skills

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

For the Finexity Invest GmbH From now on, we are looking for you as Private Client Success Manager (f/m/d) full time.

YOUR TASKS

• Acquisition and support of potential and existing customers by telephone
• Supporting and advising our clients in building their multi-asset portfolio
• Maintaining and optimizing our CRM database

Support for the sales team within day-to-day operations:

• Taking on ad-hoc tasks, research and customer inquiries
• Preparation of individual investment proposals
• Active support for sales projects

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed commercial education or comparable qualification
• High motivation/enthusiasm for telephone customer contact as well as initial experience in sales
• Strong communication and persuasion skills in German and English
• Distinctive sense of customer needs
• Structured, reliable and dynamic way of working

Knowledge of capital investments and investments and a fundamental interest in financial markets in a fintech environment round off your profile.
